Summer Volunteer Program

The Corymbia Summer Volunteer Program provides additional spoken English training to the teachers who will go to remote areas after graduation, so that they can promote equal education opportunities to teach and enlighten the youngsters in the remote areas. Benefit for the Volunteers: leadership training and experience, be independent and responsible, learn Chinese culture, and earn President’s Volunteer’s Service Award as well as volunteer hours.

Corymbia Spoken English Summer Program Details

Suining Normal School is a school dedicated to educate teachers，who plan to return back to remote areas to teach English. Volunteer teachers will work together to teach one class of approximately 20 students.
大叶桉基金会英语口语夏令营每班由多位以英语为母语的外教带领，进行小班制教学。
At the end of the program, each volunteer teacher will receive a certificate for his/her volunteer hours as well as a certificate for his/her leadership. The students at Suining Normal School will receive a certificate for their completion of Spoken English Language Training. We also provide financial support for students in need at Suining Normal School to attend the summer program.
夏令营结束时，每位自愿教师会得到一份自愿者证书，每位学生会得到一份完成英语口语培训的证书。同时，对那些家庭经济困难的学生，基金会安排给予经济资助，以帮助他们克服由于在学校呆更长时间带来的额外经济负担。

Corymbia Teaching provides a series of videos to introduce phonics pronunciation and short conversation. These videos are made by native English speakers. Through these videos, people can improve their pronunciations and spoken English skills.

Corymbia Foundation Scholarship

Corymbia Education Foundation Scholarship provides Financial Aid to students from the poorest families, in order to help them stay in school. The selected students usually demonstrate a desire to excel and to make a difference. We also donate to schools which support and teach students from remote areas.

We currently are working with Suining Normal school. Together we setup scholarships to sponsor students in need to finish their education and/or summer training program.

Donations are welcome. The money will one hundred percent go to students in need. Join our cause.

我们现在正与四川遂宁师范学校合作，通过奖学金的方式资助贫穷学生完成学业或参加暑期培训。

欢迎加入我们帮助贫困学生，您的捐款会全额到贫困学生手中，直接帮助他们。

2013 – 2015 We sponsored one student attending Jiangxi XinFeng Middle School.

从2013至2015年，我们资助了江西信丰中学一位同学完成学业。该同学从小丧父失母，由年迈的祖母供养。该同学学习努力，我们希望他能在日后反馈社会，贡献爱心。

For several years before 2015, we donated to Suining No. Seven Middle School. They setup a scholarship and sponsored five to six students who were in need and also demonstrated a desire to excel and make a difference in their community.

在2015年之前，我们持续多年捐赠给遂宁第七中学。该校为有需要的学童设立了奖学金，帮助六至七位自强不息的学童完成学业。
